AGS believes in open access to information and transparency in all things, including our work, interactions with public figures and client deliverables. However, we also believe individual privacy is an inalienable right and crucial for human dignity. As such, we uphold the anonymity of our client base and members of our source network, as well as our proprietary methodology. We do offer tutorials on how we do our work. Everyone of these tiers goes through a thorough background checking and verification process to ensure they embody the utmost standards of corporate ethics and business responsibility, the same as our client base. You will not find performative allies here.

Political risk, or sovereign risk, is the uncertainty that arises from geographic, societal, and political influences on the finances of an organization. Typically it affects whether a company can do business, how much business they can do given the circumstances, and how the changing political situation can affect them in both long and short term.
This typically appears as impacts to profits (like currency insolvency or destabilization), ability to create and maintain investments and footholds in markets (like new regulations, laws, and political parties), or impacts to the longevity of an investment (like war, climate change, etc.)

Open Source Intelligence analysis is the process of reviewing and applying information taken from publicly available resources such as the internet, government databases, maps, and more. This information is carefully acquired and verified for accuracy by our in-house analysts and partners in the Sanning Global Solutions Network.
At A.G. Sanning, much of our research is open source, or provided by our partners. We take a “boots on the ground” approach to our work and build solidarity with local community liaisons and organizations, much like journalists do in their investigations.

Due diligence is a legal term meaning that you made every effort to become as informed as possible concerning the context of a specified target. In business, this looks like understanding the organizational structure and financial situation of a company you intend to partner with. In dossier building, this looks like full scale background checking and resource analysis. In law and government, this means adhering to all necessary and required procedures in the completion of thorough preparation for a contractual agreement. Oftentimes, due diligence will prepare and protect you from certain legal action and may be legally binding and required.
At Sanning Global Solutions, we offer complete background checking and investigative services in support of our clients and partners. Our company is built on trust as one of our core tenets and we would not provide you with anything that we would not use ourselves.
Policy is any published government regulation designed to guide civil society. At Sanning Global Solutions, we use “policy” as a catch-all term for all government-related laws and regulations that we analyze, explain, or review. We cover foreign, domestic, municipal, and industry-specific policy for clients, typically during the political risk analysis process.

We have a proprietary process that focuses on accuracy for our readers, transparency for our supporters, and privacy for both our clients and partners. We specialize in boots on the ground sources, thorough vetting of information, and robust analysis of all findings to advise our clients on political shifts, changes in policy and the risks involved with navigating those changes.
